Build 26: secondary weapon & tiny improvements

What’s new in this version:
- added a secondary weapon: a blade, which is engaged when you’re dashing. the longer you’re able to dash into an enemy, the more damage it takes
- there are random arcs appearing on the energy beam that shows the location of the artifact
- slightly bigger “dash damage zone” around the player
- new “weakened enemy” effect
- UI changes: some notifications now appear on the left or right side
- some more minor bugfixes here and there (eg. the player sometimes kept moving in last direction when killed; pause didn’t disable camera rotation, etc)
