v0.2 - Balance Update

Since the game jam, I've received feedback from a variety of people and started making a to-do list for future updates. This minor update mostly addresses changes to the game loop to make the game more interesting with an increased difficulty earlier on.

Balance changes

• Slime spawn rate reduced.
• Jumper/Disc spawning allowed in earlier waves.
• Game speed increases at waves 5/10 vs 10/20.
