This small update fixes a bug that didn't let you migrate saves from older versions, and a couple of minor visual bugs.
This means that if you started a new save in 0.4, you don't need to download this new patch. But if you want to continue with an older save from the 0.3 versions, you need to download it in order to prevent an error.

-Fixes the game asking for "Vehicles.png" and getting stuck when you migrated an older save.
-Fixed a small visual bug in the new sector's sewer
-Fixed the trucker in maintenance being duplicated for a brief period of time.
