Shield Block v 2.23 released

Shield Block has been updated to version 2.23 with the following change:

• During the action result phase, an actor can no longer successfully block if they are afflicted by a state that restricts movement, such as sleep.

The demo project has also been updated with the new version of the plugin, but is otherwise unchanged.
