Public Release Patch V1.02

A new patch with some addition balancing changes and fixing some things we thought we fixed last update. Props to SomeBunny for doing a lot of the patching and balancing this update :)
General Changes & Additions
- Upgrades Cores should no longer give duplicate option types when rolling upgrades. (You should no longer get 2 fire rate, HP, crit chance, etc upgrades as a choice from a Core.)
Fixes
- Fixed Bubble Shield giving 2 shield charges on pickup instead of the intended one
- Fixed Upgrade Cores in the tutorial not having set upgrades
- Fixed bug with Chaingun ship infinitely stacking small amounts of permanent fire rate buffs with its special ability
- Fixed bug with developer menu not being able to close after entering a new level through the level select screen
Balancing Changes
- Brutal Retaliation effect duration increased (3s -> 5s)
- Chaingun Ship - Mostly reverted previous patchs fire rate buff. (6.6 -> 6 shots per second. Still 0.3 more than on release chaingun ship stay winning)
- Increased Crit Damage given by Supercharge & Exposed Wires (15% -> 30%) (Crits are rare unless you really spec into them and ignore all the non-crit upgrades. The crit damage you should get from crit-specific upgrades should be better to help compensate for how rare they are.)
