DOGVERSE v1.01 hotfix

Coming right at ya with v1.01! It's just a hotfix, fixing some stuff.

Changelog:

• The cutscene where you encounter Alula should be fixed. The camera should now pan up.
• Added another fun event.
• Reduced the number of enemies in the Refuge, and Library.

That's pretty much it.
