005: Implementing Clues

I spent time helping to implement the clue system into the game. The idea was to check the players inventory to see what clues are there, with should then allow them to pass the check and get to other parts of the facility and in the end access the 'true' ending. 

Additionally we decided to add more depth to the endings. Items are also to be checked for, so having all clues will give a different ending than having clues with  weapon.  This was done to reward players that take the time to pay close attention to the hints throughout.
