Another round of bugfixes

Changelog:

• The High Sybil no longer skips a question under certain circumstances in her ending.
• "The Great Hunt" codex page should no longer be broken
• Turning on the title filter in the codex should no longer break the toggle
• Lots of little typo corrections!
