Committing crimes by causing trouble at your own safehouse will generate heat at that safehouse
Liberals recruited by sleepers will have their juice set to 0 to prevent excessive sleeper chaining
Fixed "X's corpse has been recovered" spam after a safehouse raid
Fixed dogs getting arrested for public nudity while out on activities
Fixed being able to kidnap injured tanks
Some minor fixes to occasional odd behaviour related to adding/removing liberals from squads
Added a zoom toggle function to the management corkboard, and made the base size of the board bigger
