Alpha 3 Pre release 3 + Alpha 3 Delay

Alpha 3 will be delayed to mid day July 5th Swedish time.

- shore protection from drain event
- moon and sun rotation changes
- fixed auto flashlight
- rising sea levels (once every 10 years + delayed time from ongoing flood/drain event)
- changed UI resize values
