Enemy Skill Update

I made an update after realizing that some enemies do an unrealistic amount of damage. 

- The wind skill that the CollarFlower uses, and the Water skill that Snappy uses, are both now less damage inducing since they previously took an absurd amount of health when they weren't supposed to.

- On the other hand, the Shade spell and Fire breath spell now do more damage due to being oddly very weak attacks back then.

- The Needle claw spell that's exclusive to the Ragaloo now steals more health as well, due to it being pretty useless. The Ragaloo itself is still a pretty easy enemy though.

This makes the battles more fair to play
