This a surprise to me aswell, I have to say!
I found out that there was a full fledged Russian translation of Deep Inside by accident and went to play and check it.
It was done by krioshosksd who also ported it to mobile and browser play on rpgmakerunion. I didn't find the walkthrough translated, but if I do I will add it here. I haven't had means to thank them for it yet... if you read this, Krioshosksd, thank you so much!
