Update 2.0 - End of early access

The deployment of 2.0 earlier this week marks the end of early access.

We took the opportunity to add a new arena.

Changelog:

- Added Steam Achievements

- Added a new arena

- Change to make combat more dynamic

- Livelier city with the addition of new NPCs

- Improved enemy AI
