Working on a project in the summer is rough, man. Between the full-time job, parenting, hobbies, exercise, household responsibilities, etc, there isn't a lot of free time. Since I'm pretty much done with the battle engine (i think?), a lot of what's left are world building, sounds/music (no idea what i'm going to do on that front...), and enemies (ie pixel art). Individually (not counting audio), I think I'm pretty good on this front. It will be time consuming for sure, but relatively straight forward in a vacuum. There will definitely be some scripting needed to integrate all of this in to the game itself. Especially enemies and any moves I may give them. But I think I should be able to handle most of it relatively painlessly. I just need to find the time!
