New changes in the low-resource version of Anarky

Thanks to feedback from some recent players we have made improvements to the low-end PC version of Anarky, the problem is that it comes with a cost in graphics.

In the low-resource version we were forced to eliminate the video options, leaving only the drawing distance option and this is limited to a maximum of 128.

In addition to that, the depth effect of some textures was eliminated, and some textures were also eliminated. The size of some images has also been reduced, which will make some icons or textures look low resolution.

The advantage of all this is that the game now runs approximately 60 fps on devices with only 512 MB of video.
