Version 0.10 - Custom content fix

Custom content has been broken for a while now due to Quest restricting shared storage use with recent updates. I decided to work around this using Quest's file picker, which allows you to give ScaleGhost storage permissions to any folder your device lets you. The good news is that you can now have multiple separate libraries. Also, you don't have to worry about the app having storage permissions since the permission is granted every time you open a folder. The bad news is that it's pretty clunky and has a bug that makes the "Allow" button hidden fairly often (it's still clickable – see the new tutorial page in the app). Anyway, I hope it's good enough for now.

New in 0.10:

• Custom content stored in shared storage is now accessed with the file picker, and the tutorial has a new page about that.
• The "Custom scale" section name has been changed to "Scale builder," and the ability to change the save folder has been added.
• Minor bug fixes and tweaks.
