I have lowered the screen shake for explosions

I have lowered how much the screen shakes when there is an explosion. The first level still has most of it's shaking since I feel like it adds to the intensity in that scene.  But for the rest of the game,  when there is a shake caused by an explosion, it shakes to a lesser amount than before.
