SOLAR STORM - Early Access DevLog 1

Hello everyone, 

Here is an early build of the 2.5D Shmup I've been working on. Bare in mind this is a still an early development build.  

Trying to get a feel to see what others think about the controls / gameplay

Solar Storm is a 2.5D space shoot-em-up where players have to fight through waves of enemies and destroy enemy commander.

Cool features:

• Enemy weapon Absorb Mechanic
• Absorbed weapons can be concentrated into a devastating beam
• Phase shift  / dodge mechanic - ties into scoring
• Bombs
• 3 weapons to cycle between
• Upgrades
• Score play - leaderboards to be implemented
