Biggest Update Yet - 2.1A

This update makes major changes to Bitorpito Classic to make the game better and more fun:

- Fixed some UI issues when using an odd resolution screen

- Removed Kiosk Mode

- Make the 'Settings' and 'Custom Game' settings UI tabbed to make finding settings easier

- Made it where the volume can be fully controlled (i.e. 50%)

- Allowed starting from a set stage (previously gotten to) and level in a 'Custom Game'

- Made it where saving the high score in a 'Custom Game' no longer possible

- Allowed the use of 'Random Blitz' in a 'Custom Game'

- Allowed editing the settings of a 'Custom Game' without leaving the game mode

- Added haptic feedback for gameplay
