Hotfix - 0.3.1

We interrupt your daily grub to bring you a small Potatostrike hotfix.

It addresses a crash when trying to navigate multi-page menus with Keyboard or Gamepad, and adds a new Video setting, "Darken Background". This setting will make the background of the game 25% darker, which should make the foreground objects, like ships and projectiles, stand out more.

• Added Darken Background setting to the Video options menu.

Technical Changes:

• Background improvements to the Option menu drawing code.
