The notes as usual:
unit leveling (level is based on their total damage dealt, has a falloff curve, effects their speed. probably in need of balancing)
new sprite batching
actual esc menu
fixed FOW at edges of map
broke save compatibility somehow (sorry)
exiting during a multiplayer game should no longer cause a fatal error for the other player
various engine tweaks
new tree graphics (wipsy)
