First set of bugfixes for the online multiplayer feature

Improvements
- Improved multiplayer startup screens, allowing players to pick their own colours and race for online multiplayer
- All players now need to be ready to start the game
- Changed it so that other ports can now be used for online multiplayer
- Added popups to tell players the result of planetary invasions
- Building and tech menus now show the currently selected projects
- Added music to main game
- Improved animations for non Terran ships (still needs improvement, but at least it is better)
- Changed it so that players can now see the population of explored enemy locations
- Ships produced on a besieged planet can now try and attack the foreign navy located at their home planet
- Scout ships can now travel at double the speed when they are in a fleet with no other types of ship
Bug fixes
- Fixed issues with purchasing buildings on one planet making them unavailable to build or purchase on other planets
- Fixed issue with ship combat de-syncing causing the game to get soft locked when in multiplayer
- Fixed issues with dead AI causing other players to skip turns
- Fixed issues with player colours not syncing properly for multiplayer games
- Fixed issues with player 1 and 2 getting unfair advantages at the start of the game
- Fixed issues with the bottom hud being hidden incorrectly sometimes
- Fixed issues with the bottom hud being accessible to enemies after a planet has been invaded
- Fixed "Chase's exploit" which allowed online players to take over other players navy's
- Fixed a issue with online multiplayer being stuck on two player mode
- Fixed a spelling error
- Fixed bug that allowed players to see en-route convoys located outside their area of sight
- Fixed an issue where attacking foreign planets did not set them as explored after the battle
- Fixed an issue with the buy large ship button not working in the build buy menu (wasn't connected)
