Patch Notes

• Turns out I didn't fix the stage wrapping bug that could cause the player to get stuck inside of a block. The previous "fix" had some other issues, so I undid that code and "fixed" the problem by changing the levels so the issue couldn't happen.
• Updated the layout of the pause screen; added the stage number to the pause screen.
• Made minor changes (moved/added a coin or block or two) to the following stages: 1, 3, 4, 7, 10, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 25
