-fixed item glow appearing ontop of player when standing on loot
-replaced the individual background npc sliders with a general threshold slider. amount of npcs now scales with performance
-improved performance by cutting down on active shadow occluders (better heuristic)
-reduced state machine overhead for background npcs and some enemies
-added multiple options for realtime lighting, including a dynamic performance based option
-added shadow occluders to loot
-added shadow occluders to small spiders
-added shadow occluders to worm and vines
-added shadow occluder to thrown grenade
