V 0.0.3 - UI polishing

This update brings an overhaul to the UI so it is more in theme with the game's art style. Below is a list of changes:

• Main menu reorganisation
• Settings, loading, saving, help, and gallery have all been changed in style to dark reds instead of blues.
• Fixed a bug where audio would stop early when the game loads slowly
• Additional confirmation menus have been added for exiting and going back to the main menu
