There is now a Print on Demand version of both the rulebook and the deck available via DriveThruRPG/Cards. See new links at the bottom of the main description.
There was an issue with the layout of the printable booklet pdf. The error resulted in a two-page blank spread in the middle of the booklet. The page contents and ordering was otherwise fine. This has been corrected so now there are a couple of blank pages at the end of the booklet when you print it.
