Update V4.3

Added a new feature: sound!

• added the PLAY_SOUND keyword
• fixed the debug > memory button tooltip
• fixed the 1px misalignment in the debug > screen canvas
• added new example codes (snake game)
• IDE update: ctrl + click on a function / label / constant name to jump to it's declaration
