Orange Update 6/6

Another update! The big change is two modes being locked until certain conditions are met:
-- To have access to Easy Orange, you have to survive 3 rounds in Iron Orange

-- To have access to Grim Orange, you have to complete Easy Orange

Other stuff:

-- Fixed a bug in Grim Orange that didn't rotate the player's choices properly at one point

-- Added some text effects

-- Added environmental effects

-- Spiced-up 'Eyeball Orange'

-- Banana Gun lore on title screen

-- minor tweaks
