OpenDark v1.1

OpenDark has been updated from v1.0 to V1.1.

Some more corrections have been made :

• rules for suffocation and drowning unified
• some Attribute rolls turned into Attribute + Emotional Trait rolls
• removed the rules telling bases do no damage (toxic soda, anyone?)
• etc.
