Hi everyone! Here's some updates on our progress.
We added saving and loading, although it has some flaws (sometimes assets won't load for a bit upon loading). We have heard a lot of feedback about performance so we're working hard to reduce the burden on older devices. This may take some time as we had designed the game to have... excessive... amounts of visual effects during minigames which are a bit challenging to optimize. The game may not launch on hardware we haven't been able to test on, and if this occurs, feel free to let us know your hardware so we can try and resolve the issue!
The demo is currently scripted to end at the end of Chapter 3 Scene 2. The next scenes are giant and will be rolled out in the coming days, as well as any polish for existing scenes. This is a very early access demo so please forgive technical difficulties. Your save data (from now on) will carry over between builds so please be sure to save regularly.
