This update adds support for oscillating toys!
They work the same ways as vibrating toys, but run on their own schedule.
This also includes an update to the buttplug library to be only the JavaScript client (so no Wasm-blob is needed anymore!)
Please note: This new version of buttplug requires a more recent version of NW.js than the one that comes with MV! You must update it before using the plugin.
