Fixing the copyright & credit page

I accidentally forgot to shout out Canvas of Kings, the mapmaking program I used to make the maps on the credits & copyright page. I really didn't want to let that stand until the judging portion ends in two weeks.

It's a fantastic little mapmaker in steam that is a bit bare bones at the moment, but has some awesome features and requires no commercial licensing.

All of the content, typos, mistakes, etc. were left entirely unchanged.
