Implemented some basic functionality that automatically teleports any party members back to the world origin if they fall down too far accidentally.
Bugfixes
Fixed an issue where a character icon was being displayed on the mini-map, before the character joined the party.
Fixed an issue where clicking on the skill icons in the Skill Book window did not properly update any UI.
