Knuckles Quest v0.2.2 Update

Shortly after the release of v0.2.1, I found some bugs with some of the new features that should be resolved with the latest version, v0.2.2. Consider this a hotfix rather than a full content update like the previous demos. Here are the changes I've made:

• Fixed bug where pausing while wall-climbing breaks game/animations
• Allowed keyboard mapping to left/right mouse buttons
• Fixed cannon not working properly when both keyboard and gamepad are in use
