Bug Fixes - 0.1.1b

The first of what will likely be many bug fixes. Not sure how these ones slipped past me, but I guess that's what I get for debugging late at night.

• Fixed broken links in the mushroom grove area and at the end of the windy caverns area
• Fixed an error where the bad end failed to trigger
