Raise Your Wand - Minor Update 0.3.2

This update was mainly to fix the freezing and crashes caused by my previous crash fix (woops). 

• Should actually fix crashes this time
• Balanced out the volume of the different tracks so that they weren't all different volumes
• Removed unused files to decrease load times
• Added downloadable builds for Windows and Linux
  • Windows is untested, as I use a Linux PC. If there are any issues, please notify me
