Updated Handout & New Print Friendly Files!

Ahoy Sailors,

Quick announcement, I've added new print-friendly versions of the player handout and the map. These files are intended to be printed out and used as a physical handout while at the table while the digital handout should be used when handed out via VTTs or online sessions.

I've also changed the title on the player handout to represent digital as after printing tests, this file works best as a digital handout more than the printed handout for your table.  Additionally, I've reworked the digital handout to reduce dpi slightly to save on space. As far as I can tell there is no actual drop in quality and nothing in the layout has changed for the digital handout.
