Demo update 3

Some smaller bug fixes and improvements today.

• Editor:
  • Right clicking on events now deletes them
  • Set BPM without a play song no longer crashes the game
• Game:
  • Decimal BPMs are now shortened to a reasonable length in the song select
  • Fixed links to CV35W's YouTube channel not working
  • The combo text in the bottom left corner is now capitalized if the player has not yet missed or gotten a barely

Also, for those not in the Discord server, we now have a public issues tracker!
