Quality of life changes

Bug Fixes:

• Can no longer clip off the map
• Gate opening sound no longer loops infinitely
• Generator fixed sound now loops
• Wendigo can no longer run through the watch tower

Quality of life:

• Lowered wendigo speed slightly
• Notes no longer disappear after picking them up
• Can now open and close notes and generators with "e"
• Added a power outage to the start of the game and gate closing sound
• Fixed the wrong ending playing when you haven't collected all the notes
