Updates to a couple errors, and a hello!

Hi!  This is wild. People are still playing these games!  I just fixed the errors that folks in the comments pointed out (years ago). 
Hoo boy, depression will do it to you, huh?

Either way, the repeated GM tips are fixed, and the trailing sentence in S2S combat is fixed as well.
