Changes:

• trees now have a new leave type that displays the log underneath
• added the Explosives block
• added the TNT entity
• added cloth in seven colours (white, black, gray, red, yellow, blue, skyblue)
• added glass
• added more splashes

The Explosives block explodes on right click.
If the "Fancy explosions" option is enabled, it will spawn a "primed TNT" entity that will blink before making the explosion. Otherwise the explosion will be instant without any PrimedTNT spawning.

An explosion has a shape of a four-armed star, and the destroyed terrain looks pretty ugly (which is good).
