Welcome back to 3rd update on Last Thread! We've got some exciting progress to share with you all. Let's dive right in!

🔨 What's New?

1. Alpha test is done, but how about the beta?

We’ve done alpha testing on May 28th. The alpha was not going too well, so we need to delay the beta test, and targeting May 31st to share the beta to amazing testers, such as our mentors, friends, and some gaming communities.

2. Discretion and headphones recommended

Unfortunately this game may not be suitable for all audiences, so we added a player discretion. Additionally, because some of the sound or music may not be clear when only using speaker, we recommend the player to use headphone.

3. Portraits

We’ve completed all the portrait assets.

4. Game Icon

Yes. Last Thread has a game icon with our waifu’s silhouette, Cindy.

5. Many more changes

• Run animation replaced with fast walking animation.
• Fixed some bugs during cindy’s chase and hide-and-seek minigame.
• Fixed some interactable object assets.
• Added easter egg of ‘the real Alan’ on dream level in chapter 1.
• etc.

• We are preparing to open beta test on May 31st.
• We are going to integrate more sprites especially Cindy into the game.
• Prepare yourself to play as Alan.
