Demo updates 1 and 2

Thank you for all the positive feedback so far! We've updated the game to fix some issues that people have been running into.

• Fixed a crash at Gritted String's ending on MacOS
• Added Zeo to the playtesters section of the credits
• Added a "Force Mouse+Keyboard" option to the options menu. Try enabling this if the game is not responding to mouse movement correctly, or if you want to play with mouse and keyboard while having a controller plugged in.
