Finally, an android release

 finally i was able to compile this game for android, it has warnings of possible support issues for current devices (i used an old engine) but it works perfectly fine, so try it out on your phone

 i made some changes with the screen size managment so now it works better, the config menu now clamps the values so you dont make your window 1x1, the previous implementation of online scores was horrible and now its fixed
