I've updated the file with new guidelines on setting creation (the game can be played in any time and place, and the rules have been updated to note that), expanded endgame mechanics (a rule for how the argument actually ENDS), and a rule for what happens if the game ends in a draw.
You don't want the game to end in a draw.
