0.3.7 - Refreshed UI & defensive structures

We're back with another update.

What's new:

• Defensive structures
• Rebuilt UI with a separate display for all resources
• Refreshed descriptions
• Citizen tolerance bar – factors in gold, income, and average happiness (you may lose the game now)
• Tips during game (more to come)
• Optimization in taxes
• Partial resource cost refund when demolishing buildings
• Increased speed of workers
• Manufacturers now work in cycles that include a break
• Option to rename your city
• Added bushes and rocks to brighten the map
• Refreshed particle effects
• Option to centre view on highlighted buildings with a button
