Hotfix 1.0.3 Notes

A small patch to address some remaining bugs

Change Log:

• Fixed issue with notebook formatting from multiple inputs
• (possibly) Fixed issue with line getting stuck on fish that do not get tired
• Fixed issue where tutorial would not open when playing for the first time
• Updated fish sticker UI in notebook (added borders and softened silhouettes)
