development stage right now is an audio error appeared while fucking around with the audio script, so i need to go in and fix that. even if fixing that delays me a bit, there's enough major content added at this point, to focus on a few minor things plus maybe getting the chessboard working.
controller support, let's see how quickly i can put that in.
apparently, some of getting the controller working, means fiddling around on the engine level, not the scripting level.
