Frank content update and ITEMS!

New patch : Version 0.2.3 New FEATURE:

• The player can now collect artifacts after each combat. There are only 5 items in there, some of them quite rare, so be patient, more will come.
• Made a lot of refactoring and legwork to prepare for more interesting items.
• Added a discord button to the main menu.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed issue where sped up dialogue would break.
• Fixed some tooltips.

Content: 

• Added nude pose to Frankie.
•  Added Solo M masturbation scene to Frankie.
