Now for Windows and Linux too!

The game can now run under Linux and Windows! Until now, a separate emulator (or a real DOS machine) would have been required, but now all you need to do is run the executable. This uses emulation behind the scenes, thanks to a very simple PC emulator I developed which uses SDL for sound and graphics.

Other changes in version 1.2:

• Added very simple sound effects
• Pressing ESC in the game returns to the instruction screens instead of quitting.
• Return and stay at the instruction screens after the game is over instead of skipping through
